Science in house: Science plays an important role in our house-hold activities. From tooth-brush to air-conditioner, all things are the contribution of science. Science has made our residential life very easy, beautiful and comfortable.
Science in recreation: Science has made our life very interesting and enjoyable. Science has gifted radio, television, tape recorder, VCD, dish antena etc. these are a great source of pleasure, knowledge and amusement. These help us to remove our monotony and tiredness.
Science in Communication: Science has created a new dimension in communication system. Science has invented telephone, fax, mobile phone, internet, talex etc. these are very excellent ways of rapid communication. People use them every moment. Motor car, truck, train, aeroplane etc. are also gifts of science. These are also being used everywhere every moment. So, the touch of science can be seen at every walk of communication system.
Science in medical section: The whole medical system is the contribution of science. Science has invented Penicillin, X-ray, ECG, Ultrasonography and many kinds of medicines. These are badly used in our daily life.
Science in agriculture: Science has brought a radical change in our agriculture. Science has given us tractor, power pump, shallow tubewell, deep tubewell, chemical fertilizer etc. The farmers are using these to grow more crops.
Science in Education: Science is a great blessing for our education system. It has enriched our education system. It has invented paper mill, printing press, computer etc. As a result, thousands of documents, newspapers, magazines can be published within a short time.
Science in games and sports: Games and sports are also under science now. Various kinds of science machines are used to control games and sports. Besides, we can enjoy various kinds of games ditting at houses with the help of science.

ঘরে ঘরে বিজ্ঞান: বিজ্ঞান আমাদের গৃহস্থালি কার্যক্রমে একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে। টুথব্রাশ থেকে শুরু করে এয়ার কন্ডিশনার সবই বিজ্ঞানের অবদান। বিজ্ঞান আমাদের আবাসিক জীবনকে করেছে অনেক সহজ, সুন্দর ও আরামদায়ক।
বিনোদনে বিজ্ঞান: বিজ্ঞান আমাদের জীবনকে করেছে অনেক আকর্ষণীয় এবং আনন্দময়। বিজ্ঞান রেডিও, টেলিভিশন, টেপ রেকর্ডার, ভিসিডি, ডিশ অ্যান্টেনা ইত্যাদি উপহার দিয়েছে। এগুলো আনন্দ, জ্ঞান ও বিনোদনের একটি বড় উৎস। এগুলো আমাদের একঘেয়েমি ও ক্লান্তি দূর করতে সাহায্য করে।
যোগাযোগে ব্যবস্থায় বিজ্ঞান: যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থায় বিজ্ঞান এক নতুন মাত্রা তৈরি করেছে। বিজ্ঞান টেলিফোন, ফ্যাক্স, মোবাইল ফোন, ইন্টারনেট, টেলেক্স ইত্যাদি আবিষ্কার করেছে দ্রুত যোগাযোগের অত্যন্ত চমৎকার উপায়। মানুষ প্রতি মুহূর্তে তাদের ব্যবহার করে। মোটর কার, ট্রাক, ট্রেন, বিমান ইত্যাদিও বিজ্ঞানের উপহার। এগুলোও প্রতি মুহূর্তে সর্বত্র ব্যবহৃত হচ্ছে। তাই যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থার প্রতিটি পদচারণায় বিজ্ঞানের ছোঁয়া লক্ষ্য করা যায়।
চিকিৎসা বিভাগে বিজ্ঞান: পুরো চিকিৎসা ব্যবস্থাই বিজ্ঞানের অবদান। বিজ্ঞান আবিষ্কার করেছে পেনিসিলিন, এক্স-রে, ইসিজি, আল্ট্রাসনোগ্রাফিসহ নানা ধরনের ওষুধ। এগুলো আমাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবনে বহুলভাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
কৃষিতে বিজ্ঞান: বিজ্ঞান আমাদের কৃষিতে আমূল পরিবর্তন এনেছে। বিজ্ঞান আমাদের দিয়েছে ট্রাক্টর, পাওয়ার পাম্প, অগভীর টিউবওয়েল, গভীর টিউবওয়েল, রাসায়নিক সার ইত্যাদি। কৃষকরা এগুলো ব্যবহার করে বেশি ফসল ফলাচ্ছেন।
শিক্ষায় বিজ্ঞান: বিজ্ঞান আমাদের শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার জন্য একটি বড় আশীর্বাদ। এটা আমাদের শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থাকে সমৃদ্ধ করেছে। এটি পেপার মিল, প্রিন্টিং প্রেস, কম্পিউটার ইত্যাদি উদ্ভাবন করেছে যার ফলে অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে হাজার হাজার নথি, পত্র-পত্রিকা প্রকাশ করা যায়।
খেলাধুলায় বিজ্ঞান: খেলাধুলাও এখন বিজ্ঞানের অধীনে। গেম এবং খেলাধুলা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে বিভিন্ন ধরণের বিজ্ঞান যন্ত্রপাতি ব্যবহার করা হয়। এছাড়া বিজ্ঞানের সাহায্যে আমরা ঘরে বসে বিভিন্ন ধরনের খেলা উপভোগ করতে পারি।
গ্রামীণ জীবনে বিজ্ঞান: গ্রামীণ জীবনেও বিজ্ঞান বিদ্যমান। বর্তমানে বিদ্যুৎ, মোটর সাইকেল, বাই-সাইকেল, টেলিভিশন, টর্চলাইট, চার্জার, সোলার লাইট ইত্যাদি গ্রামীণ জীবনের একটি অংশ ও পার্সেল। এসব বিষয় গ্রামীণ জীবনকে করেছে সুখী, সহজ, আনন্দময় ও আরামদায়ক।
উপসংহার: প্রকৃতপক্ষে, বিজ্ঞান ছাড়া আধুনিক জীবন সম্পূর্ণরূপে পুরানো। এটা সত্য যে বিজ্ঞানের কিছু খারাপ দিকও আছে। তবে এটি তার ব্যবহারের উপর নির্ভর করে। তাই বিজ্ঞানকে শুধুমাত্র মানবজাতির কল্যাণে কাজে লাগাতে হবে।
