Introduction: “Digital Bangladesh” means all of its activities like governance, commerce, education, agriculture etc. Will be provided by computer and internet system.
Steps to be digital Bangladesh: A very first step for digital Bangladesh would be to spread the ICT (Infrastructure of Communication Technology) education throughout the country. Every primary and secondary student should have access to the computer and computer based education. Internet facilities should be made available to the remotest corner of the country at a cheaper rate. It can play a vital role to conduct education, medical service, agriculture, offices, securities, buying and selling, communication, publication, newspaper, entertainment, online banking system, online information center and so on.
Problems to be digital Bangladesh: Over population of Bangladesh has huge potential despite having many problems. It is very important to create manpower educated in science and technology. The people of Bangladesh remain far away from using ICT. The people of Bangladesh face the problems due to economic insolvency. Most of the people of Bangladesh out of the access of ICT.
Conclusion: Despite having a lot of problems, our present Govt. has been trying her best to become a digital Bangladesh. All should take part in making a modern Bangladesh.

ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ হওয়ার পদক্ষেপ: ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশের জন্য প্রথম পদক্ষেপ হবে আইসিটি (যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তির অবকাঠামো) শিক্ষাকে সারা দেশে ছড়িয়ে দেওয়া। প্রত্যেক প্রাথমিক ও মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষার্থীর কম্পিউটার ও কম্পিউটার ভিত্তিক শিক্ষার সুযোগ থাকতে হবে। দেশের প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলে সুলভ মূল্যে ইন্টারনেট সুবিধা পৌঁছে দিতে হবে। এটি শিক্ষা, চিকিৎসা সেবা, কৃষি, অফিস, সিকিউরিটিজ, ক্রয়-বিক্রয়, যোগাযোগ, প্রকাশনা, সংবাদপত্র, বিনোদন, অনলাইন ব্যাংকিং ব্যবস্থা, অনলাইন তথ্য কেন্দ্র ইত্যাদি পরিচালনায় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করতে পারে।
ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ হতে সমস্যা: অনেক সমস্যা থাকা সত্ত্বেও বাংলাদেশের জনসংখ্যার অধিক সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে। বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তিতে শিক্ষিত জনশক্তি তৈরি করা খুবই জরুরি। বাংলাদেশের মানুষ আইসিটি ব্যবহার থেকে অনেক দূরে। বাংলাদেশের জনগণ অর্থনৈতিক অসচ্ছলতার কারণে সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয়। বাংলাদেশের অধিকাংশ মানুষ আইসিটি ব্যবহারের বাইরে।
উপসংহার: অনেক সমস্যা থাকা সত্ত্বেও আমাদের বর্তমান সরকার। ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ গড়ার জন্য সর্বাত্মক চেষ্টা করে যাচ্ছেন। আধুনিক বাংলাদেশ গড়তে সবাইকে অংশ নিতে হবে।
