Introduction: Physical exercise is the root of sound health. Physical exercise means the movement of our limbs according to some rules. It is a must for maintaining sound health.
Kinds of physical exercise: There are many kinds of physical exercises. Walking, running, swimming etc. are good kinds of exercises. Various kinds of indoor and outdoor games are also good kinds of exercises. Beside, there are some exercises which are instrumental. All kinds of exercises are not equally suitable for all. But walking is fit for all kinds of people.
Rules of physical exercise: There are some rules of taking physical exercise. Everyone should follow these. We should not take physical exercise in empty stomach or in full stomach. Moreover, physical exercise should ne taken in the open air. On the other hand, early morning and afternoon are the best time for taking Physical exercise.
The inportance or necessity of physical exercise: Physical exercise is very important for all. Sound health is the root of all happiness. Even a millionaire unhealth person can enjoy nothing. And to maintain sound health, there are no alternative of physical exercise. Physical exercise strengthens our body. It improves our digestion power. It keeps us free from diseases. In fact, the importance of physical exercise beggars description.
Conclusion: Sound health is a great asset. We can’t have this asset without taking physical exercise. So, everyone should take physical exercise regularly.

শারীরিক ব্যায়ামের প্রকারভেদ: অনেক প্রকারের শারীরিক ব্যায়াম আছে। হাঁটা, দৌড়ানো, সাঁতার কাটা ইত্যাদি ভালো ধরনের ব্যায়াম। বিভিন্ন ধরনের অভ্যন্তরীণ ও উন্মুক্ত স্থানের খেলাও ভালো ধরনের ব্যায়াম। তাছাড়া, কিছু ব্যায়াম আছে যেগুলো যন্ত্রনির্ভর। সব ধরনের ব্যায়াম নয় সমভাবে উপযোগী সবার জন্য। তবে হাঁটা উপযুক্ত সকল ধরনের লোকের জন্য।
শারীরিক ব্যায়ামের নিয়মকানুন: কিছু নিয়ম আছে শারীরিক ব্যায়াম করার। প্রত্যেকের উচিত এগুলো অনুসরণ করা। আমাদের উচিত নয় শারীরিক ব্যায়াম করা খালি পেটে বা ভরা পেটে। তাছাড়া, শারীরিক ব্যায়াম করা উচিত খোলা বাতাসে। অন্যদিকে, খুব সকাল এবং বিকাল সবচেয়ে ভালো সময় শারীরিক ব্যায়াম করার জন্য।
শারীরিক ব্যায়ামের গুরুত্ব বা প্রয়োজনীয়তা: শারীরিক ব্যায়াম অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সকলের জন্য। সুস্বাস্থ্য সকল সুখের মূল। এমনকি একজন রুগ্ন, কোটিপতি ভোগ করতে পারে না কিছুই। আর সুস্বাস্থ্য বজায় রাখার জন্য কোনো বিকল্প নেই শারীরিক ব্যায়ামের। শারীরিক ব্যায়াম শক্তিশালী করে আমাদের দেহকে। ইহা উন্নত করে আমাদের হজমশক্তিকে। ইহা আমাদেরকে রাখে রোগ হতে মুক্ত। প্রকৃতপক্ষে, শারীরিক ব্যায়ামের গুরুত্ব বর্ণনাতীত।
উপসংহার: সুস্বাস্থ্য হয় একটি বিরাট সম্পদ। আমরা পেতে পারি না এই সম্পদ শারীরিক ব্যায়াম করা ছাড়া। তাই প্রত্যেকের উচিত শারীরিক ব্যায়াম করা নিয়মিতভাবে।
