An ideal student is he who is attentive to his study as well as punctual in every sphere life. Study is the main persuit of students. An ideal student firstly should be disciplined to his study. He should have many duties.
He has duty to parents, duty to country and society. Physically he should be very strong, healthy, neat and clean. This is why he should take regular physical exercise. He well take part in different games and sports.
He should be punctual. He should complete his work in time. He should not waste time idly, as time and tide for none. Beside he should be helpful for the other student in the class. In a class there are weaker students also.
An ideal student can help the comparatively weaker students. Thus the whole class will do better in the examination. Above all An ideal student should be honest and a man of good character. It should be remembered that student life is the base of future life. The success of future life depends on student life.

অনুবাদ: একজন আদর্শ ছাত্র তিনিই যিনি তার পড়াশোনায় মনোযোগী এবং জীবনের প্রতিটি ক্ষেত্রে সময়নিষ্ঠ। পড়াশুনা ছাত্রদের প্রধান সাধনা। একজন আদর্শ ছাত্রকে প্রথমে তার পড়াশোনায় শৃঙ্খলাবদ্ধ হতে হবে। তার অনেক দায়িত্ব থাকা উচিত।
পিতামাতার প্রতি তার কর্তব্য, দেশ ও সমাজের প্রতি কর্তব্য। শারীরিকভাবে তাকে খুব শক্তিশালী, সুস্থ, ঝরঝরে ও পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন হতে হবে। এজন্য তাকে নিয়মিত শারীরিক ব্যায়াম করা উচিত। তিনি বিভিন্ন খেলা এবং খেলাধুলায় ভাল অংশ নেন।
তাকে সময়নিষ্ঠ হতে হবে। সময়মতো তার কাজ শেষ করতে হবে। তার অলসভাবে সময় নষ্ট করা উচিত নয়, সময় এবং জোয়ার কারো জন্য নয়। পাশে তাকে ক্লাসের অন্য ছাত্রের জন্য সহায়ক হতে হবে। একটি ক্লাসে দুর্বল শিক্ষার্থীও রয়েছে।
একজন আদর্শ শিক্ষার্থী তুলনামূলকভাবে দুর্বল শিক্ষার্থীদের সাহায্য করতে পারে। এভাবে পুরো ক্লাস পরীক্ষায় ভালো করবে। সর্বোপরি একজন আদর্শ শিক্ষার্থীকে হতে হবে সৎ ও ভালো চরিত্রের মানুষ। মনে রাখতে হবে ছাত্রজীবনই ভবিষ্যৎ জীবনের ভিত্তি। ছাত্রজীবনের উপর নির্ভর করে ভবিষ্যৎ জীবনের সাফল্য।
